When the (human) world is a big scam, and you’re too little to tackle it - but your feelings are as big as the scam - this is what you do! Sorry, I mean, I do:

and little interventions here and there…

How well the image is polished is not of any importance. Here, the concept overrules the mastery. That’s why the images come out raw - some less, some more; that’s why they come out documentary-like. And some of them actually are the documentary.

Photoshop is used in moderation - basically just to remove the background, add colour, text - boom! You have it. Going through the weirdest processes to get the image makes it more real. And too much screen time is no good for anyone.

Works are not explained. After all, they’re quite obvious. Instead, verbal narratives are added to the existing visual ones.

​

You see, things have to be relatively quick - but not careless, not perfectionist either. Just made with the right energy and intention, because there’s so much to cover. And this work doesn’t need to be done - it needs doing.

Yeah, it’s just images. But images stay with us.
